The Brain & Mind Research Institute and The Sunrise Foundation improving Mental Health Literacy

The aim of the partnership between the Brain & Mind Research Institute (BMRI) and the Sunrise Foundation is to improve the mental health literacy of young people by raising awareness about depression and its impact. The partnership will facilitate the promotion of training elite athletes as role models and educators for young people.

The Brain & Mind Research Institute will provide support to the Sunrise Foundation in terms of capacity building, particularly research and development activities. More specifically, the BMRI will provide methodological expertise for the evaluation of training and community awareness programs.
