Daniel Smedley is a director and shareholder of Harwood Andrews Lawyers.
Daniel practises predominately in the areas of business and investment structuring, trusts, business and commercial advice, succession planning and taxation law. Daniel is a regular speaker at relevant industry State and National conferences and is the principal author of the “Trust Structures Guide” a guide to business and investment structures published by the Taxation Institute of Australia in 2004, 2005 and now available in a 2006 edition.
