Ashley is a Principal in Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneurial Growth Markets team specialising in listed and private equity backed companies, with over 12 years of experience.
Ashley is the Chair of The Sunrise Foundation’s Audit & Risk Committee and Remuneration Committee. He is well qualified to take on this responsibility as he is the leader of the Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneurial Growth Markets Small-Mid Cap strategy, responsible for delivery of corporate governance; board performance and interaction; International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) advisory; core assurance and accounting advisory services to emerging and fast growth public and private equity backed companies.
Ashley also has significant due diligence and advisory experience which will aid the growth of The Sunrise Foundation in the comings years.
